Deuteronomy 9-11

“It’s not about you.” Israel isn’t righteous and is unfaithful. But the Lord has set His heart to love them. This week we see from Deuteronomy 9-11 the Lord love Israel and calls Israel to love the Lord in return. “It’s not you”, says the Lord. “I’m the one who loves you and forgives you and will drive out the nations. It’s really all about Me.”

The Light

At Christmas we celebrate the birth of Jesus, but who are we really dealing with? This week we see from John 1:6-13 that Jesus is the light of life who came into the world so that those who receive Him can become God’s children.
